The course is divided into six modules, each composed of reading material – about 60-100 slides per module and a multiple choice test. You will have 90 days from the date of the first login to complete the entire course.

1. Lean Manufacturing Overview - history, general concepts, implementation of Lean Manufacturing
2. Standardization - standard work instructions, examples of applications
3. 5S and Visual Management - visual organization and cleanliness in a workplace
4. Just-In-Time - techniques for creating Pull System, one piece flow, cellular layouts, Kanban
5. Rapid Changeover - SMED methodology for reducing changeover time
6. Problem Solving - techniques for analytical solving of common production problems

To register for the course, please fill out a form here. You will automatically create an account and will be able to preview sample materials. To gain access to course materials, you will need to remit a course fee of $129.95, which includes a completion certificate.
Certification Exam
TESTING
There are six tests, one per module. Each of the tests is composed of twenty multiple choice questions, for a total of 120 questions. After you choose to begin each test, you will have a total of 90 minutes to complete it in a maximum of three login sessions. You do not have to read the materials to take the tests.
CERTIFICATES
After passing all tests with an overall average score of 80% or more we will mail you a framed certificate. We will also maintain your name in a database should anyone want to verify the validly of your diploma.
