and should include the name of the company and the event date.

Event fee includes lunch, refreshments, training materials and course completion certificates. There is a discount of 10% for 2 or more participants from the same company.

If registration is canceled 40 calendar days before the course date, a full fee will be refunded. If the cancelation is received 14 days before the course date, 80% of the fee will be refunded. Cancellation after this deadline will result in forfeit of the course fee.
