About Lean Vision
Lean Vision was established in 2000 with offices in the United States and Europe. We have developed a unique methodology of implementing Lean Manufacturing and conducting workshops based on our experience from working in North America, Africa, Asia and Europe. A change management program IMPULS not only allows a client to implement sustainable improvements but also qualifies internal trainers to serve as change agents.
Since inception, our consultants have conducted several hundred improvement workshops and have trained over five thousand people in continuous improvement tools.
